1. TIME TO TALK

We like to visit your home - not just for a cup of coffee! - but to check out your space for ourselves.

You tell us about your lifestyle and how you use your space. We can then discuss your kitchen layout and functionality, as well as the things you like, dislike and absolutely must have!

2. TIME TO DESIGN

Our thinking caps come on and we start designing. We prepare kitchen layouts and 3D visualisations which are presented to you in another catch-up.

This gives us the chance to talk you through the plans, how we got to our ideas and the costings for the project. Your feedback is key and we then go away and make alterations if needed.

3. TIME TO FINALISE

We will continue to fine-tune the designs until you're completely happy. All of the final decisions can be made from the comfort of your home.

We will bring along door styles, colour swatches, handles and any other samples to help you make these decisions, allowing you to visualise these details in your space.

4. TIME TO SURVEY

A final site survey is carried out before the kitchen is manufactured to ensure that your cabinets and appliances will fit perfectly.

At this point, we can also liaise with builders, electricians and plumbers to plan for a smooth installation.

5. TIME TO INSTALL

This is where the magic happens, and where our installation team will bring your dream kitchen to life.

We want the process to be as stress-free as possible, which is why we always manage our kitchen installations.

6. TIME TO CHECK BACK IN

We'll visit you 3-6 months after your kitchen has been completed to check that everything is working and feeling how it should.

It's one of the most important parts of the process - we want you to be happy with your Grey Cherry kitchen.
